Our Services

Homecare services help your loved one live independently and comfortably. At Care For Me Home Health Services, compassion and personal care are at the root of everything we do. We offer companionship, assistance, and support through our network of trained caregivers and home health aides.

Check out our services here, then get in touch with us to learn more about how we can help your loved one live safely in their own home.

In-home Care

In-home care is provided by our team of compassionate caregivers. The goal of our care services is to provide comfort and support, especially for those who live alone. Many of our caregivers get to work with their own family members or loved ones, providing the assistance they need with the additional support of our agency.

If you’re not sure if in-home care is right for you (or a loved one), give us a call. We’ll help you make the right choice and connect you with a caregiver that meets your needs.

Companionship

Companionship is an important aspect of senior care. Our caregivers are more than just professionals — they strive to be companions for our clients, regardless of how long they’ve known the person they’re caring for. A typical in-home care visit can include chatting, playing games, and taking walks, all to support the client’s mental health and wellbeing.

Housekeeping

Day-to-day tasks can be difficult for some seniors, especially if they struggle with mobility. Our caregivers provide housekeeping assistance like meal planning, laundry, cleaning, yard maintenance, and more.

Non-medical Home Health Services

Our trained home health aides provide a range of non-medical health services. On top of assisting with day-to-day tasks and transportation, HHAs are trained to offer a higher level of care and meet specific health needs.

If you want to learn more about non-medical home health services, give us a call. We can work with Medicaid or private pay to provide the care your loved one needs.

Mobility Assistance

For those struggling to get around the house, HHAs are trained to provide safe mobility assistance. That can include transportation to and from the car, up and down stairs, and help sitting and standing.

Personal Care

Everyone deserves to feel clean and comfortable. Our non-medical home health services include assistance with bathing and showering. Home health aides working with Care For Me are trained to help with incontinence issues and support clients who need help using the toilet. These services can help individuals live comfortably in their own homes.

24/7 Care

Our HHAs can be available around the clock to provide care when you need it. While Care For Me Home Health Services doesn’t provide emergency medical services, we can provide mobility support, incontinence care, and other services 24/7.
